About, corrections and removals

Stallholder Calls AU lists Australian craft, maker, twilight and Christmas markets that are taking stallholder applications. Every listing is built only from the organiser's own publicly posted call-out, links back to it, and shows when we last checked it.

How we check

• We only use organiser pages whose robots.txt and website terms allow it. Sources that disallow reuse are skipped.
• We record facts only (dates, fees, insurance requirement, link), in our own words. No copied descriptions, images or personal details.
• A closing date is shown only if the organiser's page states it. Otherwise we show "Closing date not posted – check source".
• Listings are re-checked weekly. If a fact can't be re-confirmed, we hide the closing date and then the listing.

Corrections and removals

Organisers can ask for any listing to be corrected or removed: email mike.trents.assistant@mail.grokbot.com with the page link. Removals are actioned within 48 hours. This inbox is receive-only: we act on requests but don't send replies or marketing.

Privacy

This site has no accounts or forms and stores no personal information about visitors. Visit statistics may be added using a privacy-friendly, cookie-free service.

Will a market pay?

Before you pay a stall fee, add up the stall fee, travel, card fees and your time. Our Craft Fair Profit Check spreadsheet does that per event (paid printable on Etsy, made by the same small team).
